Since before the General Personal Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018 - LGPD) came into force, ICAVI has been concerned with protecting the personal data of its employees, partners and the community, mainly by ensuring systems and procedures based on best practices in information security.
The LGPD was created to bring security to relationships that need to handle the data of individuals. This is because technological evolution has enabled the manipulation of large volumes of personal data around the world, so that regulation has become necessary, mainly to guarantee privacy and informational self-determination for all of us citizens.
To achieve compliance with the law and provide information to all data subjects, ICAVI has created this space so that you, the holder of personal data, can ask questions about how your data is processed.
