We are a Brazilian company based in Pouso Redondo in the state of Santa Catarina. We develop thermal energy production solutions using a renewable and sustainable model.
We have a structure and technological equipment combined with a complete team of professionals with extensive experience. We develop a wide range of projects, from small to large-scale projects, guided by market needs and the best financial results.
We began marketing our projects in Brazil and, as we have evolved, we have expanded to other countries. There are more than 700 projects in South America, Central America, North America and Europe.
The company has a total area of 101,302 m², of which 30,000.00 m² is built. We have a unique structure and equipment that guarantees the technical quality of all our projects, allowing us to turn all our equipment development studies into reality.
In 2005, ICAVI began its activities in Agrolândia, operating out of a modest rented workshop. With the success of the first projects sold, the company solidified its presence in the region, settling permanently in the town of Pouso Redondo and building its first own workshop.
Also in 2005, ICAVI celebrated its first successful project: the installation of a hibrid boiler in the city of Ponta Grossa, in the state of Paraná.
With the start of project exports to Europe, ICAVI achieves its first international quality marks; CE.
In 2008, ICAVI achieved a major milestone and at the same time faced a significant challenge: the company carried out its first export of equipment, implementing one of the largest biomass boilers in France.
With ICAVI's gradual growth, the company was able to expand its operations through the second extension of the workshop, enabling it to better meet manufacturing demands and offer even more job opportunities.
In 2014, ICAVI achieved a major milestone by successfully delivering more than 500 projects worldwide, consolidating its presence in Europe, Central America, North America and South America.
In 2019, ICAVI faced its biggest challenge yet: the INNOVA project, which consisted of building a cogeneration plant equipped with three Watertube boilers, each generating 55 tons of steam per hour.
Along with the introduction of the new brand, ICAVI also carried out its third extension of its manufacturing facilities, with the construction of two new workshops, totaling a built area of 30.000,00 square meters.
With the new positive phase of sales, technology and innovation, the ICAVI brand enters a new phase. Its new visual identity reinforces its leading position in the thermal energy market, further consolidating the company as one of the leading names in the sector.
ICAVI has successfully completed a project at the world's largest detergent powder plant. This incredible biomass plant has the capacity to produce 30 Gcal/h of energy, reducing the emission of 37,000 tons of CO2 per year. This project represents a major breakthrough in the clean energy sector and reinforces ICAVI's commitment to promoting sustainable and responsible practices.
ICAVI ranked 444th in the Ranking, representing the state of Santa Catarina in the Equipment Industry sector. We achieved 36 places higher in the ranking compared to 2020.
